About the company

In 2022, organizations were using an average of 130 SaaS apps. Try not to get overwhelmed by the notifications from all of them! Jigso developed Sidekick AI, a chat-based assistant that manages your work applications and answers questions related to any app it is connected to. There is hardly a role in a company that can't benefit from Sidekick AI. Showcasing the time-saving potential of the tool for different teams and verticals was the primary goal of the website revamp.

  • Migrate the website from WIX to a Content Management System (CMS) that enables the implementation of the new ambitious design vision while also ensuring ease of future updates without requiring ongoing development support

The right CMS for the startup needs

Both WIX and Webflow are visual website builders cherished by startups for their speed of building and ease of maintenance, with little to no reliance on engineers, whose time in a tech startup is always better spent on the product. However, as a startup grows and refines its product offering, it might outgrow the design constraints of WIX templates and have to either introduce excessive custom code that can slow down the website or migrate the website to a CMS that offers more design freedom. That's precisely what happened to Jigso.

Choosing between developing a custom website from scratch or using other website builders and CMS on the market, we decided on Webflow. Implementation on Webflow minimizes the amount of custom code needed to bring the new design vision to life and ensures the CMS is fit for Qigso's and Sidekick AI's future rapid growth.
